![]() Can you run the following two procedures Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support How to reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support You may end starting the BCA process again, which would mean deleting (not erasing) the OSXRESERVED partition manually using Disk Utility. Be very careful on where you click, otherwise you will lose data. With the failed BCA windows install rebooting to black screen, I manually restart to Mac OS, re-run BCA which restores my partition removing the OSXRESERVED partition. Since OSXRESERVED has been deleted, we cannot use this method. Once you have the USB Installer, run BCA and download Windows Support Software to a second USB, using Copy the Windows Support Software to the root of the Windows Installer USB. Run Disk Utility and create a FAT32 partition of the size you want Windows to be. Run SMC and NVRAM Reset, connect the USB, reboot Mac, and hold AltOption key and select EFI Boot. If this does not work, and you are running OS X 10.12.1, roll back to 10.12 using a Time Machine Backup and retry the BC Assistant procedures again. When I run disk utility, I didnt have option to create FAT32 so I did EXFAT, making a 40gb partition. I can reboot into EFI and get the Windows install going, but it cant find any drives to install the OS on. Why does it not see the partition I made Maybe this is why it wasnt working the standard way. Is there something wrong with my SSD drive This is output of diskutil list after making my windows partition: devdisk0 (internal):: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: GUIDpartitionscheme 251.0 GB disk0 1: EFI EFI 314.6 MB disk0s1 2: AppleCoreStorage Macintosh HD 210.7 GB disk0s2 3: AppleBoot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3 4: Microsoft Basic Data Windows 39.2 GB disk0s4 devdisk1 (internal, virtual):: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: Macintosh HD 210.3 GB disk1 Logical Volume on disk0s2 A4BBAFEA-F291-4B26-BB27-3EC986643A13 Unencrypted. Is there something wrong with my SSD drive Do you see any disk when you are asked where to install Windows Can you post a screen shot of the exact error message I do not see an issue with the disk, because you were able to create a partition. Can you try deleting the partition and check if you get the deleted space back in main OS X partition. Camera pic attached, like i said, no options to install anywhere. Where the heck are my partitions Booted back to Mac OS and used Disk Utility to delete the Windows partition and got the space back no problem. Boot Camp Windows Black Screen Driver Loaded DoesThe reason you do not see any drives is because there is not storage driver loaded Does your USB have WinPEDriver that came from the BC Assistant Windows Support Software download Your USB should look similar to (ignore the 5.1.5621 folder).
